How to Find the Perfect Wedding Venue
When you start planning your wedding, you’ll need to think about several things. What kind of wedding dress you are going to wear? Which flowers will give the feelings of atmosphere required for a perfect wedding? Which photographer in the town should you hire so that he can understand what do you want and can deliver the desired results? and From where you are going to buy your wedding shoes? etc. The list seems to be really endless.
However, the most important decision when you plan a wedding is definitely regarding the venue. No matter how well you manage all the other things, if the wedding venue is not up to the mark, then it is not going to impress any of your guests.
Before finalizing the wedding venue you need to prepare your guest list because the size of the wedding venue should be adequate for the number of guests you are going to invite. Yes, I agree that it is almost impossible to figure out the exact number of guests who will attend the party, however, an approximate number of expected guests can always be estimated.
Once you know the approximate number of guests you’re inviting, you can book a wedding venue that can accommodate all your guests comfortably. If the size of the venue is not big enough to accommodate all your guests, your wedding party is going to be a mess. On the contrary, if you book a bigger size venue than required, you are going to waste your hard earned money. By planning well in advance and booking the wedding venue of optimum size, you can save some money. You can use this amount later for buying a house or enjoying a better honeymoon.
Furthermore, if you do not want to use pre-recorded music and have a live band to provide music for the guests, then the size of the stage and the dance floor need to be big enough to accommodate them. You should also be aware of restrictions regarding any particular music at the wedding venue, if any.
Another issue worth giving your attention is parking facilities at the wedding venue. There should be enough parking space to accommodate the vehicles of all your invited guests. Also make sure whether they allow other caterers and florists at the venue if you want to give it a personal touch, before finalizing the venue.
